Ordinary Meetings of the Council take place at the Chardstock Community Hall at 7.30 pm on the second Wednesday of the month.

Members of the public are invited to attend Council meetings. Any documents to be discussed will be available for inspection from 7.15 pm and a short time is set aside for members of the public to bring matters to the Council's attention or to comment on matters on the agenda.

The agenda for an Ordinary Meeting of the council will be posted on the notice board at the entrance to the Community Hall not later than the Friday before the meeting. If time permits the agenda will be made available online and can be found here in the Council Documents section.

The dates of the meetings for the remainder of the council year are as follows:

Wednesday 14th March 2012
Wednesday 11th April, 2012.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will take place at the Community Hall on Wednesday 9th May 2012 beginning at 7.00 pm. (Note the earlier time!) It will be followed by the Annual Parish Meeting (also at the Community Hall) at 8.00 pm.
